"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1/2 cup chopped green onions (finely chopped) 1 2.5 oz. pkg. Buddig Beef (finely chopped) 1/2 tsp. Accent or seasoned salt 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Mix all ingredients together and form into a ball. You may roll in a second pkg. of chopped beef or pecans if you wish. Some prefer plain, I usually use the chopped beef which I prepare in food processor before mixing other ingredients. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. This can be doubled for a large gathering - like the Gabbert Thanksgiving or Christmas!
