1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions (finely chopped)
1 2.5 oz. pkg. Buddig Beef (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp. Accent or seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and form into a ball. You may roll in a second pkg. of chopped beef or pecans if you wish. Some prefer plain, I usually use the chopped beef which I prepare in food processor before mixing other ingredients. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. This can be doubled for a large gathering - like the Gabbert Thanksgiving or Christmas!
