Directions:
Mix ingredients for crust and divide into 12 balls. Roll out and lay 1/2 apple (2 quarters of apple, peeled and cored) on each one. You will need 6 apples. Put 1 Tbsp. sugar mixture on each one - I usually dip each apple quarter in sugar mixture as well). Pinch sides together (or wrap them) and place in a greased cake pan. Cover with boiled syrup and remaining sugar mixture. Cover with foil and bake one hour at 350. You may want to increase amt. of sugar and cinammon to have plenty for that good flavor.
