2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add buttermilk, oil, and all ingredients except flour. Blend until smooth. Gradually blend in flour. Pour onto hot waffle iron.
