1 lb sirloin steak-cute into small cubes (browned)
1 lb ground sirloin (browned & drained)
1 10oz can of Ro-Tel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles
2 8oz cans of tomato sauce
1 7oz can of diced green chiles
1 6oz can of tomato paste
1 onion (chopped)
2 tsp chile powder
3 15oz cans of beans (your choice & can be mixed)
pinto beans, white beans, kidney beans, chili beans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except beans) in a large pot or crockpot. Cook for at least 2 hours on stove or 6 hours on low in crockpot. Add beans and cook for another 20 minutes on stove or 1 hour in crockpot.

Chili is a bit spicy - to lessen heat replace Ro-Tel with diced canned tomatoes.
