1 lb. stew meat
5 peeled and cubed potatoes
1 stalk celery sliced (you can add more)
3-4 carrots sliced
onion to taste
3 tbsp. tapioca pudding (not instant)
12 oz. beef broth
salt & pepper

Mix ingredients together and place in covered dish.Bake at 250 for about 5 hours.
