1 cup soft margarine
1 pkg onion soup mix
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 large baguette, cut into 1 inch slices
3 large, ripe tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
Parmesan cheese
chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, cream together margarine, soup mix and garlic powder until well combined. Toast slices of bread and spread with a thin layer of margarine mixture. Top with chopped tomatoes and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
