1 cabbage, grated
2 green onions, sliced thinly
3 tbsp sunflower seeds
1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds
1 pkg oriental noodles, crushed

Dressing:
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
flavoring packet from noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients, except noodles. In separate bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Just before serving, add crushed noodles and dressing to salad.

We also add mushrooms, bean sprouts, sesame seeds, celery. Whatever you feel goes with the theme.
