1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup rolled oats
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 cup mashed bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. Combine first five ingredients, set aside. Beat egg, add oil, sugar, milk and banana and stir well. Add dry ingredients to liquids and stir just until blended.

Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins and bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Remove from tins and cool on wire racks.
