I Sugar cookie mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
Fruit: banana, cherries,strawberries, mandarin oranges,seedless grapes, pineapple chunks or tidbits

Glaze:
1 cup orange juice
2/3 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare Cookie dough as directed, spread on
pizza pan and bake
2. Combine cream cheese and 1/3 cup of sugar,
spread on cookie dough
3. Chop fruit and arrange on dough.
4. Prepare glaze; bring to a boil, let thicken, stir
continuously. Pour over fruit. (May be serve
warm or cold)
