2 cups self-rising corn meal
1 cup self-rising corn flour
3 eggs
2 1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 can creamed corn
1 large onion, chopped
2 cups Longhorn cheese, grated
1 tsp salt
3 jalapeņo peppers, chopped
3 Tbsp. pepper juice, sauce

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together; pour into two iron skillets. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
**Can use 9 X 13 pan
