5 cup flour
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 pound lard
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup cold water
1 egg
1 tbsp white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Cut lard to this, mixing thoroughly. Combine water, egg and vinegar. Make a well in the centre of dry ingredients. Pour egg mixture in pastry well. Mix together thoroughly.
