Crust:
1 1/2 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
Filling:
1 envelope plain gelatin
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup cold water
3 egg yolks
1/4 cup Creme de Menthe liqueur
1/4 cup Creme to Cocoa liqueur
3 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients for crust and press into bottom and sides of a 9" pie plate. Bake at 400'F for 5 minutes.

Mix gelatin, 1/4 cup sugar, salt and water in double boiler until dissolved. Stir in beaten egg yolks and cook will stirring constantly as mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat and stir in liqueurs. Chill, stirring occasionally until mixture thickens. Beat egg whites stiff, add sugar and beat until quite stiff. Fold into gelatin mixture. Whip cream and fold into mixture and turn entire mixture into pie shell. Chill overnight.
