3 lbs Potatoes (russet or golden are best)
2 pkg cream cheese
1 stick butter
3-5 green onions
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and chop up potatoes. Boil potatoes until cooked through. Drain potatoes. Add cream cheese, butter and chopped green onion. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
