1 pkg brownie mix
1 pkg cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup whipped cream, whipped
1 can cherry pie filling
2 squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Spread batter in greased 13x9 baking pan. Bake in 350'F oven for 15 to 17 minutes or until done. Cool. In a small mixer bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth. Fold in whipping cream. Spread cream cheese mixture over baked brownie layer. Top with cherry pie filling. Chill 30 minutes. Cut into squares and drizzle each serving with melted chocolate.

Cocoa powder may be used in place of unsweetened chocolate in any recipe. Substitute 3 tbsp cocoa powder and 1 tbsp butter for each square unsweetened chocolate.
