Crust: 1 cup butter 2 cup flour 1 cup powdered sugar Filling: 4 eggs 1/2 cup lemon juice 2 cup sugar 4 tbsp flour
Mix crust ingredients together and press into a 9X13 inch cake pan. Bake for 15 to 20 min at 350'F. For filling, beat eggs and lemon juice. Add sugar and flour. Pour onto crust and back for 20 minutes at 350'F. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Coconut or raisins may be added to filling mixture.
