2 pkg fast acting yeast
2 tsp sugar
1 cup water
5 1/2 cups warm water
4 tsp salt
15 cups flour
1/3 cup lard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes. Mix 4 1/2 cup water and salt, add yeast mixture. Add 8 cup flour, mix well. Then add lard. Mix well. Add remaining flour, knead well. Grease top of dough and let rise twice (about 45 minutes). Cook bread, buns etc at 375'F.
