1 head lettuce
1 cup diced celery
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
10 oz pkg frozen peas
1/2 cup diced green peppers
1 med onion, sliced
8 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sugar
4 oz cheddar cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
Tear lettuce. Put in a 9x13 glass dish. Layer other veggies, eggs, bacon in order. Add sugar to mayo and frost salad with the dressing. Top with grated cheese.

This is best made a day before serving. Makes a large salad and is great as a leftover.
