1 can beans in tomato sauce 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp chopped cilantro 1/2 tbsp ground ginger 1 to 2 cloves chopped garlic pinch of chili flakes 1 tsp brown sugar
Drain sauce from beans. Add beans plus all remaining ingredients to a blender or food processor and mix until smooth (consistency of ketchup). Serve with veggies or nacho chips. May be covered and refrigerated for up to four days. Also freezes well for up to 2 months.
