1 pouch onion mix
1/4 cup cooking oil
2 tbsp melted margarine
1 tsp each basil and oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
5 medium potatoes, washed and cut into wedges

Directions:
Directions:
In shallow pan, blend soup mix with oil, margarine and spices. Add potatoes and stir to coat thoroughly. Bake at 400'F for 30 to 40 minutes stirring occasionally until potatoes are tend and golden brown.
