1 lb lean ground beef
2 tbsp chili powder
1 onion chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 to 4 cloves of garlic
16 oz can of tomato soup
1 can kidney beans
bag of frito lay corn chips
sour cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and simmer with next 4 ingredients for 15 minutes. Add beans, put in baking dish in the following layers: chips, chili mixture cheese. Repeat, ending with cheese. Bake at 375'F for 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and salsa.
