Ingredients:  
1 medium onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 carrot, chopped
2 tbsp water
3 cup vegetable or beef stock
bay leaf
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp oregano
1 large can of kidney beans
1/2 c uncooked pasta
1 zucchini, sliced
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, garlic, carrot, celery, bay leaf and water in 2 quart saucepan and cook. Stir in remaining ingredients. Remove bay leaf. Makes 8 cups.
