1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. fine bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 c. milk or tomato juice
1 egg
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs, milk or tomato juice, eggs, and seasoning. Add meat and mix well. Pack firmly into a greased loafpan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and top with meatloaf sauce. Bake for another 15 minutes or until meat is done.
