1 lb. ground Beef
1 large Onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. Chili
1 c. Tomato Sauce or Soup
1 medium bag Fritos
1 c. grated Cheese
Dash of Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion, add salt, chili, tomato sauce, and ketchup. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Mix beef mixture with fritos, top with cheese and bake @350 for 1 hour.
