4 Chicken Breast / or your choice (cooked and deboned) 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Cornbread stuffing mix ( save 1/2 cup) 1 stick margarine 1 Egg slightly beaten 1 small onion (sautéed) pinch sage, salt 2-1/2 c. Chicken Broth 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup ( I usually use two)
Mix stuffing, egg, chicken broth, onion,sage and salt together well set a side. Place margarine in baking dish, place in oven until melted. Add chicken to margarine, then pour stuffing mixture on top of chicken, then mix soup with 1 tbsp. broth pour on top of stuffing mixture. Sprinkle with remaining stuffing mix. Bake @ 350º for 35 minutes.
