Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2-3/4 cup Parmesan
1-2 Tbls Italian herb mix
1 Tbls garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Mix together and form into meatballs. Add directly to sauce and cook on stove.

Note: I tried my best to make this recipe as accurate as possible. I never measure anything out - I always go by smell when making my meatballs. If I can smell every ingredient in the recipe, I know it's just right.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
When I make meatballs, I freeze several individually and then place in a freezer bag. That way, I have meatballs ready and can add right to my sauce!
