Leftover meat loaf or 1-1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can cut green beans
4-5 sliced/shredded cooked carrots (optional)
Mashed potatoes (5-6 potatoes)
1 can beef gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Layer starting w/ beef, beans, gravy and endings with mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.

This is the best when made with leftover meatloaf. You can also use frozen mixed veggies rather than the beans. I do not usually put carrots in this Shepherds Pie.
