Potatoes sliced
Onion sliced and then cut in half
2-3 tbsp. flour
whole milk
salt and pepper
several pats of butter

This recipe is not in exact measurements.
Slice potatoes and onions
Grease pan
Layer potatoes and then put a couple of pats of butter. Put onions on top. Put a tablespoon of flour sprinkled over top.Sprinkle heavily with parmesan Continue. Add milk to almost cover the potatoes but not entirely. Bake at 375 for about and hour checking periodically. Cover with lid or foil for first 15 minutes then remove lid and continue to cook. Check the potatoes halfway through to check their doneness. You may have to alter the time so your potatoes are not overdone.
