1 c half and half
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
salt to taste
1 1/2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, about 3 medium, peeled and thinly sliced
3 oz guyere cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:

grease 9 inch pie plate. combine half and half, pepper, and
1/2 tsp salt. heat to boiling. add potatoes and cook 2-3 minutes until half and half thickens slightly. put half of mixture in pie plate and sprinkle with 1/2 c of cheese. repeat with remaining potatoes and cheese. bake at 350 until potatoes are fork tender and top is golden and bubbly. about 30-40 mins.
