Base: 1 stick butter melted, 1 c flour, 1/2 c chopped nuts
2nd layer: 1 c powdered sugar, 1 c cool whip, 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
3rd layer: 2 boxes instant pudding (pistachio or chocolate = favorites), 3 c milk
4th layer: 1 container of Cool Whip, chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350.
Base: Mix butter, flour and finely chopped nuts and pat into bottom of a 9 X 13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool.
2nd layer: Mix powdered sugar, and cream cheese thoroughly. Add cool whip. Spread on base. Chill
3rd layer: Mix instant pudding with 3 cups of milk and, when firm, spread on top of 2nd layer. Chill
4th layer: Spread Cool whip on top of pudding and sprinkle top lightly with chopped nuts. Chill
