1/2 c. Oil 2 Medium Onions 2 Cloves Garlic 2 Sprigs Parsley 2 c. Tomato Paste (1 large, 1 small can) 3 c. Water 2 t. Vinegar 1 t. Salt 1 t. Oregano 2 t. Sugar 1/4 t. Cayenne Pepper 4 t. Chili Powder 1/4 t Cinnamon 2 t. Hershey Cocoa
Heat oil in skillet and add onion, parsley and tomato paste. Simmer about 3 minutes, then add remainder of ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer 15 minutes. Cool a little and run through blender.
