1 cup raw rice cooked 1 cup pecan pieces 1 cup raisins 3/4 cup slivered almonds 3/4 cup sunflower seeds 2 apples chopped with lemon juice 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 1/4 cup chopped chives
Mix and cover with dressing of 1/4 cup olive oil 1/3 cup of ojuice 2 T honey salt & pepper Let stand in refrigerator overnight Keeps Well
