2 cups flour
2 cups sugar

2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup cocoa

2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sour cream
1 cup hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa together.

Mix seperately - eggs, sour cream, hot water, vanilla, vinegar - then add dry ingredients together.

Bake at 350
