Ingredients:  
3 - 4 lbs. beef brisket
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 tsp. kitchen bouquet
1 1/2 oz. dry onion mix
5 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and add mixture to roast.

Brown in butter 2 lg. onions adn 1/4 c. butter and add.

Bake at 350 until tender, xlice and retuen to liquid.

Serve with au'jus.
