2 lbs. ground sausage (hot or mild or combination)
1 pkg. diced pepperoni (if sliced, just cut slices into quarters)
2 large cans spaghetti sauce
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 can Rotell diced tomatoes and chilies
2 one lb. pkgs. dry Ziti (or any other macaroni type pasta)
4 c. shredded mozzarella and/or cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and pepperoni in a large sauce pan. Boil the pasta per its directions. Drain the sausage and pour into the drained meat mixture the spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes and Rotell. Simmer. Drain the pasta (do not rinse) and pour into a large, greased large baking dish or roasting pan. Pour sausage-pepperoni-tomato mixture over the pasta and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the pasta. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
