1 can crab meat, drained or 8oz fresh crab meat
1 1/2 tsp finely minced green onion
4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 tsp steak sauce or Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves minced
1 pkg won ton wrappers
1 beaten egg
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine crab, cream cheese, green onion, steak sauce and garlic. Mix well. Place 1/2 tsp of mixture on won ton wrapper; fold square over to form a triangle. Lightly brush edge with beaten egg and press to seal. Bring opposite corners together and press gently, so filling will be secure. Deep fry in batches until lightly brown. Serve hot
