1 package (3oz) orange jello
2 packages of tapioca pudding
3 c. water
1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Stir the first 3 ingredients together and bring to a boil. Let cool and add the oranges and the cool whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
