3-31/2 c. chopped rhubarb
11/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 c. half-and- half
dash salt
1 tbsp flour
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together rhubarb, sugar, eggs, half n half and salt. Sprinkle the flour into pie shell and add the filling mixture. Bake 375 degrees 1 hr. or til set. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired
