6 oz. Uncle Ben's white and wild rice with 23 herbs and seasonings
3-4 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
1 14oz can swanson chicken broth
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/3 c. onion
1/2 c. hot chicken broth from chicken
1 chicken bouillon cube
cashews and cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in a little butter until softened
Heat soups and bouillon with broth and put all ingredients in a lg. bowl to mix
Grease 9x13 pan . Put in pan and sprinkled cashews on top
Bake 350 degrees 1 hr.. covered
Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer
Put cheese on top on hot dish during the last 5 minutes of baking
