1 package thawed Stouffers spinach soufflé
2 eggs
3 tbsp milk
2 tsp chopped onions
½ cup sliced drained mushrooms
¾ cup cooked crumbled Italian sausage
¾ cup grated Swiss cheese
1 9” unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 for 25 to 30 minutes.
