2 pounds sausage
1 small chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup uncooked minute rice
1 cup cheese cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions and sausage together. Drain. Dilute soups with water. Mix all ingredients together except cracker crumbs and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs and return to oven for 20 minutes.
