Ingredients:  
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (put in separate bowl)
6 boneless chops
1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Spread mustard on dry chops. Place in greased 13x9 pan. Combine crumbs and pepper. Press onto top and sides of chops. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or till no longer pink in center.
