3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (put in separate bowl) 6 boneless chops 1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs dash of pepper
Preheat oven to 375º. Spread mustard on dry chops. Place in greased 13x9 pan. Combine crumbs and pepper. Press onto top and sides of chops. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or till no longer pink in center.
