1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 lbs. cleaned mixed baby salad greens
12 cherry tomatoes (stemmed and cut in half)

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard, garlic, pepper, and salt. Whisking continuously, slowly pour in the olive oil. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Pour on salad greens and toss to coat. Serve in chilled salad plates. Top with tomatoes.
