1 pkg. (20 oz.) refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 can (5.75 oz.) drained, pitted black olives
1 jar (12 oz.) drained, marinated artichoke hearts
1/3 c. slice sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 lb. thick-sliced Genoa salami, cut in wedges
2 Tbsp. chopped basil (optional)
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot of boiling salt water cook 1 pkg. tortellini according to package directions, drain and place in large bowl. Toss with olives, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, and salami. Pour Italian dressing over hot pasta, and toss again. Sprinkle with basil and parsley is desired. Let cool and refrigerate up to three days.
