2- 8oz. cream cheese 1 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 jar carmel sauce (optional- small bag of Heath Bar bits)
Combine first three ingredients. Make into a ball and put on a platter. Drizzle carmel sauce over this and sprinkle with Heath bar bits. Refrigerate. Serve with sliced apples, graham crackers sticks, or vanilla wafers.
