1 pound sausage meat
3-4 cups celery, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
1/4 pound butter
4 quarts bread cubes
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons sage
2 eggs, beaten
giblet stock

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in melted butter until tender, about 15 minutes. Fry sausage meat until just done, breaking meat apart while frying. Combine bread cubes, celery, onion mixture, sausage meat and drippings. Add salt, pepper and sage. Beat eggs and add to bread mixture with enough giblet stock or milk to moisten. Mix thoroughly, but gently. Enough for 14-18 pound turkey.
