1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix 2 pounds potatoes cut in large chunks 1/3 cup oil
Preheat oven to 425. in large plastic bag add all ingredients. Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes into a shallow baking pan. Bake, stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender, about 40 minutes.
