1- 9 inch unbaked pie shell ( or make your own)
4 c. fresh peeled/sliced peaches (you can use canned peaches, just drain the juice well)
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 t. nutmeg
1 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare shell in pie pan. In bowl combine sugar, flour, nutmeg. Add peaches to bowl and toss lightly. Turn into unbaked pie shell and pour whipping cream over top. Bake for 35-45 minutes until top is golden brown. Pie may not be firm. After cooling, chill for several hours before serving.
