1 sm cauliflower
1 med broccoli
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. diced onion
2 crisp apples, chopped
10 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
11/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cauliflower and broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Add raisins, pecans, onion, apples, and bacon; mix well. Combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over salad and toss to combine.
