6 slices frozen Texas toast
13/4 lbs. ground beef
1 c. pizza sauce, divided
18 slices pepperoni
12 slices mozzarella cheese, divide1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. butter
slice green pepper,optional
slice ripe olives,optional
6 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the Texas toast slices according to pkg. direction. Shape beef into 12 thin patties. Top 6 patties with 1 tbsp. pizza sauce,3 slices or pepperoni and 1 slice of mozzarella cheese. Top with remaining patties. Press edges to seal. Grill patties ,covered,over med. heat for 8 minutes on each side.Meanwhile , in skillet saute mushrooms in butter. Top each burger with a rounded tbsp.of remaining pizza sauce and a slice of mozzarella cheese. Cover and cook 3minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Top prepared toast with green pepper slices, burgers, sautéed mushrooms, olives and Parmesan cheese
