1 (16 oz.) box macaroni
2 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (reserve 1/2 c.)
1 c. milk
2 large eggs
1 egg white
salt/pepper to taste
butter
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni until almost done. Combine other ingredients in large bowl. Add macaroni until you think it looks like enough. Grease your pan using butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Add mac & cheese mixture to pan and top with reserved 1/2 c. cheese and some more bread crumbs. You may drizzle some melted butter over the top if you like.
Cover and bake @ 350F for about 30 minutes.
